In order for Certes to remain a world class recruiter, we have a commitment to training and the development of all our staff. And for those with no experience of recruitment – we provide a thorough introduction to the industry and to best practise principles of recruitment.
Our Sales training academy programme is a comprehensive 6 month plan. Upon completion of our own customised scheme, employees commence a 12 week professionally accredited recruitment Certificate programme, administered by the Recruitment Employment confederation (REC), which further endorses their internal learning and provides them with a nationally recognised qualification and status. This qualification will enable the recruiter to use the professional endorsement of the certificate as part of their professional profile.

We are looking for people who are self motivated, ambitious, energetic, good communicators, confident and above all willing to work hard. Applicants should be from a sales background or a graduate that has had some relevant work experience.
What can you expect from your career at Certes
Successful trainees at Certes progress quite quickly if they have the right drive and determination and are keen to achieve results. Typically our best trainees have developed their careers within three to four years to a level where their earnings have reached over £100,000 per annum.
Starting salaries will be between £16,000 - £22,000 and OTE’s for the first year up to £30,000.
What does the programme cover?
Training will take place over 4 phases, consisting of classroom training, role plays, DVD training, web seminars and on the job training, with coaching and mentoring. Examinations and tests will be conducted throughout the 4 phase programme, to reinforce and confirm understanding and identify areas for further training.
You will be left under no illusions that passing this programme will give you the confidence, techniques and tools to become a professional recruiter , who can command high earnings for many years to come.
You will be exposed but not limited to the following within the training programme;
• Selling techniques
• Candidate Management including assessing Candidates
• Interviewing techniques
• Client Presentations, meeting, events
• Business development techniques including networking and headhunting
• IT training
• Recruitment process training
