Windows Support Analyst
£25000 - £30000 per annum
We are looking to recruit a support analyst who has experience of providing desktop and / or infrastructure support in a Windows environment. You will need to have gained a good understanding of the Windows environment and be experienced administering Active Directory and Exchange including creating and deleting accounts. In addition you must be an excellent communicator with a strong customer service ethic.
In this role you will be working on our clients Service desk providing 1st and some 2nd line support to the user base. This will include supporting the MS Office suite including Office 365, administering Active Directory and Exchange and providing an excellent level of customer service which accurately recording incidents to ITIL standards. You will then communicate with 2nd and 3rd line teams to resolve incidents keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
To be successful you will need to have gained a basic foundation of experience in providing desktop or infrastructure support in a Windows environment, however the real key is having excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic combined with a hunger to learn and progress your career.
