Job Description

Senior Account Manager, Team Leader - West Midlands - Contract Division

This role will be Responsibilities will include 50% securing new business as well as developing and retaining existing customer accounts and 50% managing a small team of experienced Recruiters/ Account Support members.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Development: 50%
*Identifying potential client opportunity to develop into business growth
*Track market information and skill trends in order to plan ahead for future requirements and to assist in the targeting of new business areas.
*Understand and support clients requirements and differing services required
*Contribute to the production of formal quotations, proposals, tenders and presentations.
*Achieve monthly account plan objectives and budget targets.
*Excellent service delivery to government clients
People Management: 50%
*Undertake monthly performance reviews against targets/objectives.
*Resource planning and respond
*Coach and mentor staff in the delivery of certes sales processes and resourcing techniques.
*Compile and deliver regular reports regarding team's sales / account development / service level activities and results against target and budgets.
