Oracle HCM Trainer

8 Months Fixed Term Contract (salaried)

Up to £60,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an Oracle HCM Training Consultant to work in West Sussex on a Salaried Fix Term Contract. Working for a world class organisation, this role will allow you to come in and help shape the future Business. Working within a fast passed and ever changing organisation, this role will help move the oracle function forward. You'll be responsible for leading, planning and execution of our Oracle Organisation Design work (job grade/data structures) as well as a restructure of our person types and implementation across our international business. This is an excellent opportunity for you to play a key role as part of the People Systems & Process project building the foundations that drive the people data, people process and employee experience across the business. The primary area of responsibility will be to work with the Business Change Lead and key stakeholders helping to define, develop and deliver a training solution which incorporates a blended approach to learning such as, instructor-led, virtual, train the trainer and digital learning where appropriate.
Work with the Business Change Lead, key stakeholders the Project Team and SMEs to research the business/learning needs to support the related system, process and policy change.
Design and develop appropriate blended learning solutions to meet the business requirements and gain approval from all relevant stakeholders and the Project steering group.
Together with the Business Change Lead define delivery solution across the business ensuring learning is delivered efficiently and is adaptable to meet the business needs and timeframe.
Create high quality, engaging and learner-friendly eLearning modules which address specific training and communication requirements.
Implement a robust quality assurance process ensuring that all solutions are reviewed and monitored throughout and where appropriate amended accordingly.
Development and delivery of a full train the trainer programme.
Delivery of interactive and engaging instructor-led training across the business both within the UK and internationally in support of our rest of world business.
Work with the Business Change Lead to identify risks, issues, assumptions and decisions that may affect project delivery and seek solutions that will keep the project on track.
Actively work with key stakeholders understanding their constraints and limitations, identifying and proposing solutions.
Ensure the training programme is designed and developed in readiness for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business end users within the project timeframe in readiness for go-live.
Review the effectiveness of pilot training (post UAT) and amend as required in readiness for business end user delivery.
Work with the Business Change Lead to develop a process to effectively manage any updates and or any required workarounds during training delivery.
Support the Business Change Lead and corporate communications team in the design, development, delivery and management of related communications.
With proven experience of Oracle HCM and training design and delivery you'll have strong communication and the ability to understand the necessity for stakeholder engagement at all times. You'll have experience of programme training design, development and delivery with the ability to "think outside the box" and develop innovative training solutions.
