*You will be joining an established team supporting a global company with over 160k users.
*You will need to have previous experience of 1st and or 2nd line support dealing with high volume calls and assisting people with remote issues.
*You will have worked in a high volume environment and be a confident communicator at all levels.
*You must have MS Office experience and ideally recent Office 365.
