We require 3 x Agile Business/Systems Analysts for a 6 month contract role based on a Government Client site in Newport, South Wales to start asap...
Role:
Three Lead Agile Business/Systems Analysts are required to work within the Client's technology directorate on a number of in-flight projects.
You will work with a variety of internal stakeholders to capture and prioritise requirements, document complex business and data rules and expand on business process work. This will all be carried out utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage and facilitate the work with all stakeholders.
You will be working as part of an agile team so will need real experience of working within an agile development environment - this is essential.

Duties:
As the Business/Systems Analyst you will be responsible for the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of the information and the business processes they use. You can be responsible for the definition and documentation of requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and the creation of viable specifications of business requirements in accordance with the Client's standards/protocols.

Essential skills/experience required:
Extensive and demonstrable experience of business and systems analysis including : identification of business benefits, requirements capture and prioritisation
A comprehensive understanding of the principles of the application development life cycle and experience of their application.
Experience of delivering using Agile techniques and principles.
Excellent verbal communication skills - need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical and technical staff to precisely define requirements.
Excellent written communication skills. Written work must be clear and precise, logically presented and conform to the Client's standards where applicable.
Facilitation skills - experience of facilitating workshops.
