As a staffing and IT recruitment agency, Certes has a 30 year successful track record delivering UK wide IT and comms staff, as well as staffing services and recruitment support.
With over 30 years of IT staffing service delivery behind us we have developed the capability to deliver the broadest range of staffing options, but what’s important is ensuring we deliver the right solution for you. That’s why our consultants are armed with the skills and processes to evaluate your needs and recommend the best approach to meet your organisation’s broader business objective or immediate staffing short fall.
Certes ISO Certified PRM™ methodology ensures all aspects of the recruitment life cycle are managed consistently to deliver time and cost effective recruitment services. PRM™ is a modular process that we tailor to the needs of each of our customers.
Having the capability to match the right skills to a business is only part of the picture. Being able to know what type of staffing service will yield the most effective long term results is what makes the difference.
Because of the breadth and depth of our staffing service expertise our consultants have maximum choice in terms of devising a service plan that is right for your individual situation. So we work alongside you and your business objectives following our structured and patented methodology (PRM™) to advise on the best service option, and in many cases customising a solution to fit.

21 Nov 2017Putting off thinking about the GDPR? Think again.
Putting off thinking about the GDPR? We really recommend you start now. Whether you like it or not, the GDPR is well on its way and if your business operates in the EU, you have clients that operate in the EU, or process data of EU citizens then you will need to comply with the new regulations by 25 May 2018. Statistics from a recent survey conducted by Invenias show that 85% of recruitment agencies are not yet actively planning for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
