An pre sales analyst is required to provide financial quotes to the customer regarding support costs for equipment (hardware and software) and ensure that if the quote is accepted by the customer, the contract is updated in a timely manner and the appropriate invoices are issued. To provide holiday/evening back-up to the Resource Controller for the day to day operation of the single source maintenance contract, which provides hardware and selected software support to the customer, ensuring that requests for engineers are actioned appropriately To provide back-up cover for the Account Delivery Manager (ADM). Work includes operational and administrative support, contract admin, supplier management, customer liaison, call handling, providing support to the ADM and the Client Manager and to work collaboratively with other internal customer teams on site. Qualifications: Experience in a customer facing service management environment Customer orientated, focused on meeting customer needs. Ability to manage under pressure and to deliver to short deadlines. Ability to work through complex requirements. Attention to detail, timeline efficient, personally organised. Adaptability and flexibility. Excellent communication skills — written and oral. Good IT skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision but also as part of team, providing back-up and support to other members of the team.
