We are looking to recruit a Genesys Call Centre Specialist. This is a challenging and interesting role for a lead consultant /engineer with a detailed knowledge of Genesys Call Centre, Call Routing to play a key role in the design, delivery and support of a new call routing strategy in large call centre environment.
To be a success in this role the core requirement is a detailed knowledge of Genesys call Routing (Ideally V8). You play a lead role in the support and development of a large Genesys environment. This will include resolving complex incidents, delivering Genesys voice network projects for the call centre environment and delivering the complex change requests resulting from major incidents. In addition to playing a key part in the redesign of the genesys call routing strategy you will ideally have experience in taking the lead the deployment of Genesys software upgrades.
In addition to the Genesys layer our client uses Avaya speech recognition and IVR, and Avaya Call Manager. Experience with these products and SQL scripting experience would be an advantage. However as detailed above the real core requirement is for someone with an indepth knowledge of Genesys call routing.
