We are looking for a number of Helpdesk Consultants to work on a long term contract for one of our clients Candidates must have experience of call logging and working on a helpdesk Previous 1st line help desk business support environment would be advantage. Good interpersonal skills, excellent telephone manner working with others and delivering results Microsoft Operating system experience Microsoft application experience Experience with core applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience of generic Help Desk software is advantageous. Good communication and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills Customer Focus and good judgement. Must have a current driving license and access to a vehicle ** Candidates must have Security Clearance or be prepared to undergo it***
