6 month intensive training programme
Our dedicated 6 month graduate training programme has been designed and developed using our in-depth knowledge and experience of recruitment to deliver an intensive, interactive and practical training programme to allow graduate trainees to develop the skills required to be top class recruitment consultants in IT and the Financial Services industries.
The training program covers all areas of recruitment practise including;
- Candidate sourcing
- Successful advertising
- Negotiations
- Interviewing
- CV presentation
- Sales and Client account management
The program has a twice yearly intake, in August/September and January/February, and provides a structured and tested entry into the recruitment profession, and an opportunity to join a business with the experience of successfully training well over 100 graduate recruitment consultants and account managers, for the specialist niche recruitment areas of IT and Finance in both contract and permanent recruitment.
