CCS Frameworks


Non Medical Non Clinical RM971

The Non-Medical Non Clinical (NMNC) agreement provides acces to temporary staff, interims and contractors in any white collar or blue collar role from the most junior to the most senior, including, board level roles across eight lots. Certes work within Lot 5.



Lot 5

IT Professionals Supply



The G-Cloud framework allows you to choose and purchase cloud services covering infrastructure, platform, software and specialist cloud services. The framework is for commodity based, pay-as-you go cloud services across four lots. Certes work within Lot 4.



Lot 4

Specialist Cloud Services

Lot 4 is for services outside of the three traditional ‘as a service’ (aaS) areas to support customers transitioning to cloud services.

RM104ii Digital Services 2

the Digital framework as a dynamic style framework with the specific aim of helping the public sector buy, design, build and deliver digital services using an agile approach, by procuring the appropriate people resource to deliver agile software development. The framework is based on the approach detailed in the Government Digital Service Design Manual and complies with the Digital by Default Standard.

Lot Structure

Single lot with multiple search or filter criteria to identify capable suppliers including digital capability by project phase, role (junior and senior levels), location and technology or language.

The unit of measure and focus is the project team, purchased either as individual people/role(s) or purchased as a team made up of a number and type of people/roles to design, build and deliver digital services. Certes work within Cap 2.

Contingent Labour One

The Contingent LabourONE delivery approach is based around two delivery models which are split between three lots, each with a single appointed service provider. Certes work within Lot and Lot 2.



Lot 1

Neutral Vendor

This service provider manages a dynamic market supply chain and competes every medium to high value requirement (i.e. interim managers and specialist contractors) within the supply chain.

Lot 2

Managed Service (provision of administration and clerical roles)

This service provider provides all temporary worker roles classified as admin and clerical on pre-agreed price / call-off basis.


Executive Search and Executive Assessment Services PS-2014-ES

The information and customer user guide provided here have been prepared by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on behalf of Civil Service Resourcing for customers who are interested in using the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

The DPS provides government departments, executive agencies, non-ministerial departments, Crown NDPBs and devolved administrations with access to Executive Search and Assessment Services:

An end-to-end service provision including elements of the services from both lot 1 & lot 2.


The DPS is a completely electronic system; it does not operate in the same way as a traditional contract/framework in that it is an ‘open market’ product designed to provide access to a pool of suppliers which can be constantly refreshed. Establishing a DPS with multiple providers will create an environment which encourages fair competition and allows suppliers to join at any time and choose whether to compete for all or any of the campaigns. Certes work within all othe these Lot's
