A role exists to work for a large blue chip energy trading company to support essential business critical applications covering incident and problem management, diagnosis and resolution and global support covering enterprise scale systems over 3 sites in the UK and Germany. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, have demonstrable experience supporting enterprise level systems preferably in process driven (ITIL) environments. excellent communication and analytical skills with and attention to detail is a must. An appreciation of the MS server platforms, networks and hardware is required along with experience of Win2000/2003 and SQL Server.
