Job Description
Working as 1st line helpdesk support or 1st Level Analysts you will provide 1st contact technical support and troubleshooting to End-Users and system support staff typically via phone or email.
Main Duties
- Answer and log IT service requests received via phone, web-logged calls or email.
- Provide 1st contact technical problem analysis and resolution of client issues with the aid of available Service Desk tools (e.g. Remote Support, FAQs, Troubleshooting Guides, and Knowledge base articles). Log actions taken and resolution.
- Where 1st contact resolution is not possible escalate calls to the appropriate resolving group as required.
